Techstars runs a program for startups in Toronto. It is has a designated startup visa program under TSRV Canada Inc. operating as Techstars Canada. For more info check out the main profile here.
Program Details:
May depend on the location but the general terms are is that Techstars invests up to $120,000 in each of our accelerator startups. Techstars purchase the right to 6% of the company’s Fully Diluted Capital Stock at the Qualified Financing (as defined below) and provide $20,000 upfront.
